Dear Seagate
How does taking your grape seed extract differ from putting seeded grapes in a smoothie?
Thank you,
Jessie
Dear Jessie,
If you can get the seeded grapes, we always encourage that people eat them, whether in a smoothie or just chewing them and swallowing them. The Grape Seed Extract (Shameless self promotion: It’s currently on Buy 1 Get 1 Free Special!) just gives you a much more concentrated version of these same grape seeds, one capsule representing dozens of grape seeds plus it includes an extract of the grape skin. For people not wanting to crunch down on grape seeds, that of course is another benefit to taking it in the capsules.
Sincerely,
Seagate

I have heard of the benefits of grape seed extract but I have never been a fan of eating grape seeds directly. they leave such a strong bitter taste in the mouth that lasts for some time. These pills sound like a better option.
It makes sense that capsule form would be more concentrated since when eating grapes involves eating the seed shell and other excess materials. I wonder how well the body absorbs it though?
That’s a great deal… I am always making smoothies and love adding new supplements. I’ve never tried grape seed extract but it looks like it has many benefits from what I’m seeing in the review section.
Seagate what is grape seed extract primarily used for? I don’t see much detail on the product page and have never heard of what grape seed extract is used for. I’ll just google it …
Grape Seed Extract is a wonderful antioxidant that helps your body in numerous ways.
