As part of our efforts to ensure the integrity of our products and claims, Seagate has had a medical doctor – Dr. Luke Curtis MD, MS and CIH – reviewing our website, products, labels, and claims for several years. This provides more balance, credibility and professional review by an established doctor who is familiar with both medical and alternative treatments. These products really are doctor-recommended.

Having such distinguished professional help and oversight, I have been able to sneak in an extra occasional dive trip in search of tropical coral formations. The picture below was taken along a Belize reef of a tube coral. Belize is one of my favorite dive spots because it is relatively easy, inexpensive, and very accessible to travel to from San Diego.
Sometimes to really appreciate the beauty of Nature you need to take your time and do a close-up photo to see the intricacies and colors on the bottom of the ocean.
